hawaii.gallery stands as your premier print-on-demand partner, crafting each product with care and precision upon order. Embracing the uniqueness of every creation, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for size or color discrepancies, or simple changes of heart.

However, should your product arrive damaged or with manufacturing flaws, hawaii.gallery extends a gracious offer of a complimentary replacement or refund. Simply reach out to our dedicated team within 30 days of delivery, utilizing the “Submit issue” form and providing a clear photo illustrating the concern.

Please be aware that refunds are credited to your hawaii.gallery account balance, which you may withdraw or transfer back to your original payment method. For currencies other than United States Dollar (USD), refunds will revert directly to the original payment source. In instances where multiple products are impacted by a shared design flaw, we may request additional visual evidence for confirmation.

Kindly note, hawaii.gallery cannot assume responsibility nor offer replacements or refunds for size or color discrepancies caused by customer oversight. In cases of unsuccessful deliveries, opt for a replacement with a supplementary charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, minor variations in print placement within a 0.5" tolerance are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects.
